This website is operated by Stephan Fashion. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stephan Fashion. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Section 2 – General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer following industry-standard security protocols.

Section 3 – Products and Pricing (DDP Shipments)

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice and are displayed in CAD for the Canadian market.
• Taxes & Duties (DDP): For customers in Canada, we ship all orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The price at checkout is final and includes all import duties, GST/HST, and customs fees. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

Section 4 – Return and Refund Policy

Section 5 – Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, or to upload malicious code/viruses that could affect the Service or any related website.

Section 6 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the consumer's country of residence (Canada).
