2. Shipping & Customs
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! We specialize in serving the Canadian market. All orders delivered within Canada qualify for Free Shipping with no minimum purchase required.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
No. All orders to Canada are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties, GST/HST, and customs fees are included in the price at checkout. You will not face any surprise charges upon delivery.
Where are the products shipped from?
To offer a wide variety of contemporary fashion at competitive prices, we ship directly from our international fulfillment centers. This allows us to keep our inventory fresh and our prices affordable.

How long does delivery take?
• Processing time: 1–3 business days (Ma-Vr).
• Transit time: 6–10 business days (Ma-Vr).
• Total estimated delivery: 7–13 business days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major secure methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
4. Returns & Refunds
How can I return an item?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at info@stephanfashion.com. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, contact us immediately with photos. In these cases, Stephan Fashion covers all return costs and offers a full refund or free replacement.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
