Refund & Return Policy

At Stephan Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a transparent return process in accordance with Canadian Consumer Protection standards.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• Packaging: In the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
• Proof: Accompanied by your order number.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

• Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is faulty or incorrect, Stephans Fashion covers all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid label.
• Change of Mind / Wrong Size: For personal reasons (e.g., fit or style), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@stephanfashion.com with your order number.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. As our orders to Canada are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), the total amount paid at checkout (including taxes) will be refunded to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear).
• Earrings and pierced jewelry.
• Items marked as "Final Sale".
